Dear Valued Customer,
Delivering value to customers is a cornerstone of our business. Jonell Systems continuously explores courses of action which will increase production efficiency, improve safety and on-time delivery, and allow it to deliver the customer experience you require and deserve.
Actions taken throughout 2021 reflect our dedication to creating value to our customers, and we are proud to maintain competitive production and lead times.
Amid industry supply chain disruptions, raw material shortages, and record price adjustments, we have stayed the course; and worked to right-size our operations to absorb as much of the costs we incur while maintaining one of the best service levels in the industry.
As external factors continue to impact the markets we serve at record levels, we are announcing a pricing family increase effective immediately. The price increase will affect the below product families at the noted percentage increase. Please note that all previously sent pricing is subject to this price increase, all current quotes are invalid.

This necessary price increase is a direct result of unprecedented price increases on media, metals, and other materials required for us to competitively deliver value to our customers in a time when other suppliers struggle to do so. Please note, we do not have scheduled price increases planned in the near future, and we continue to monitor raw material and supply chain markets’ positive and/or challenging affects.
