Pricing Notification 10/31/22

Dear Valued Customer:

Yes, you unfortunately guessed right – we are reaching out to you to advise that we will be implementing our pricing increase effective December 1st

The good news is that although recession seems inevitable, we do see indications in some sectors that hyperinflation rates are slowing.  Unfortunately, higher than historically normal inflation rates continue to strain most functional levels of our businesses; although they will hopefully be far more predictable in the future.

We have stayed the course amid industry fluctuations and worked to optimize our operations to absorb as much of the inflationary costs we incur while working to maintain one of the best service levels in the industry.   In the most recent months, we have completely changed much of our factory designs and product flow in support of a demand planning strategy that is intended to support a significantly higher capacity for the future.  The outcome should be a significant improvement to delivery times that help you grow your business.

In the meanwhile, our average inflation across seven main operational categories at Jonell Systems this year were between 20-30%, with some categories experiencing greater than 50% increases to our cost.  Labor costs continue to rise, and freight costs are up 30% with anticipated increases as winter shortages take hold.

As these and other external factors continue to impact our markets at record levels, please plan accordingly for the following impacts to price:

10% Price Increase: Air Filters; Carbon Elements; Coalescing Elements; Fiberglass Elements; Gas Coalescing; High Flow Elements; Rapid Lok; Synthetic Elements; Tri-Shield Elements; Twist-Lok Elements.

15% Price Increase: Cellulose Products.

Note that all orders made November 30th or prior will be honored.

Thank you for being a valued customer and for your understanding.  We look forward to continuing to work and grow together.  As always, your team at Jonell Systems stands ready to assist with any questions.

Best Regards,

Tim Cacchione
